Basic Terms: You must be 18 years and older to use this site.  You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not use the Wedding Cake Photo Gallery photo albums for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.  You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, links that you submit, post, and display on this site. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this photo gallery have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database and Victoriana.Com Internet cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Our photo gallery is intended for personal use for our subscribers and is not a generic image hosting service. Professional or corporate albums created are prohibited and will be deleted.  We are a family-friendly site.  We will not accept and will terminate albums that are non-family friendly in nature. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.  You must not, in the use of our site violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You agree that materials that you post may be used at the discretion of the Victoriana.Com Internet in the development of its web sites or other digital materials without notification, consent or compensation. Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your album.  We reserve the right to modify or terminate our photo album service for any reason, without notice at any time.  We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Copyright Terms: Victoriana.Com Internet respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.  We may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
